Agree the scope.
Then begin.
The public showcase explains the software experience. A pilot request starts a business conversation.
The public demonstration
Interactive scenarios use fictional records. Images show the application with synthetic data or are labelled concept artwork. Demonstrations do not submit claims, place calls, send faxes or access patient information.
The free 14-day pilot
A pilot is subject to fit review, agreed limited modalities and features, an AI allowance, setup and the required BAA. Its 14-day term begins on the confirmed activation date. The written pilot scope states included usage, restrictions, responsibilities, support and data-return or closure terms before access begins.
After the pilot
Continued paid service requires a separate agreed scope. Additional services and usage require a separate agreement. Public submission alone does not sign a BAA, accept a software contract or activate an account.
Professional responsibility
Software supports the supplier’s operational and compliance work. It does not independently determine medical necessity, guarantee payer coverage or payment, confer accreditation, or replace legal and clinical review. Features and integrations depend on the accepted implementation.
