Information you submit
We collect the business contact details, selected interests and message you choose to submit. The request is saved in the existing SoFloAI inquiry inbox so the team can respond and arrange the next step. It is not a marketing subscription.
Patient information
Do not submit patient names, documents, insurance information or health records through this website. The public demo uses fictional information. A pilot that handles PHI requires an executed BAA and approved setup before data is introduced.
Website operation
Hosting services process ordinary connection and security information needed to serve and protect the website. The showcase does not load advertising pixels. It records aggregate page, demo and inquiry-flow events, plus recognized campaign and email-template labels. Campaign labels stay within this browser session and accompany a submitted inquiry. Aggregate website events are retained for up to 90 days. These counts are not unique-person or email-open tracking. An anti-abuse challenge may appear when enabled for inquiry delivery.
